Situation
Take the road from Ibiza to Sant Joan de Labritja. At the crossroad towards Sant Miquel, before arriving to Sant Joan and next to the petrol station, take the detour to the left, direction to Sant Miquel. After travelling 1.3 km, two blue stones mark on the left side of the driveway the entrance to a path through the forest that leads to Ca n’Escendell.
Description
Ca n'Escandell is a typical Ibiza country house refurbished with a central courtyard, newly built swimming pool and contemporary mediterranean designed rooms. It’s situated in the heart of Ibiza fields, into a wide valley with the hills in the distance marking boundaries.
You can walk among fruit trees and a garden with native plants (frígola, genista, lavender, rosemary ...), without lawn to minimize water consumption. It is a natural garden, without affectation, with a reserved area under the pine trees to “calçotadas”, grills and barbecues.
Upon reaching the house you will have a real vision of what is a Ibizan country house with the purest Arabic style. Only walls and volumes to hide a rural structure absolutely essential. Further the bedrooms situated in the main house, there are other splashed around the main country house. And an apartment with kitchen with capacity for four people. All the bathrooms are outside.

Ca n'Escandell offers free mountain bikes to ride the countless paths at “Es Amunts”. We provide information and reservations for diving, fishing, boat cruises and excursions. Prices vary depending on the courses, the type of boat or the route you want to accomplish. Car rental service. We accept pets.
