The preservation of environment, the promotion of cultural and traditional values, the conservation of local arquitecture and the fondness of Es Amunts make up the spirit of the Association of Agroturism of Sant Joan , the area with the purest and most beautiful landscapes in Ibiza.
The owners of five old farm houses totally restored as rural hotels, decided to form an alliance four years ago. Their purpose was to claim both the love for nature and the offer of select and magnificient accomodation for exclusive and wealthy clients.
The Association of Agroturism of Sant Joan was created in 2002, the July 26th. It has increased to nine members, and three new establishments are at present expecting to join it.
Most of the rural houses are located in the Sant Joan area, because of its luxuriant woods and rocky coastline. It is definitely the warmest area in the island and all of its exceptional establishments radiate this calm and peaceful spirit.
